Undoubtedly, the highlight of the society's activities for this year was the tremendously successful staging of the musical, " My Fair Lady ".
This play, which starred students of all forms of Malacca High School, was presented to continue the tradition of putting up a play at the end of each year - a tradition that was revived the year before with " The Flower Drum Song. "
Nevertheless, " My Fair Lady " was a rousing success in every sense of the work - beyond even the wildest dreams of those who strived to get it off the ground.
It received overwhelming support and patronage from teachers, students and the public alike, with each of its three-day staging performed to a full audience.
